Terms of Use

By installing or using the GOJO Transit App (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) and any applicable App Store terms. We may update these terms as needed; continued use of the App means you accept any changes. You must be the age of majority or have guardian consent.

1. Services Provided

The App offers tools to view bus routes, stops, service alerts, real-time vehicle tracking, and trip-planning information.
Actual transit service is provided by the City of Jonesboro.

2. Your Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Install the correct version for your device
  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Keep your login information secure
  • Avoid unlawful, harmful, or disruptive use
  • Not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, sell, or interfere with the App

Feedback you provide may be used to improve services.

3. Privacy

The App may collect certain information such as your name, email, phone number, device details, usage data, and location data (for real-time transit features).
This information is used only to operate and improve the App and transit services.
Data may be shared with authorized service providers (including TripSpark Technologies).

4. Liability & Indemnity

4.1 Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” GOJO TRANSIT AND THE CITY OF JONESBORO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, INACCURACIES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, VIRUSES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOJO TRANSIT’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR ANY FEES PAID FOR THE USE OF THE APP, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

4.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOJO Transit and the City of Jonesboro from claims arising out of misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.

5. App Store Terms

Apple and Google are not responsible for App support. You may not transfer the App to others. You must remove the App before selling your device. By using the App, you confirm you are not on any U.S. sanctions list.

6. General Terms

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and GOJO Transit. Arkansas law governs these terms, with jurisdiction in Craighead County. GOJO Transit may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.
